Bootcamp is back by popular demand! No prior experienceOur boot camp program is designed as an entry-level program to getting started in our gym. If you feel you are not ready to begin our Daily Sweat program or any of the others, this class is for you! The program runs in 9-week cycles, and we are working on getting our next one scheduled. This program serves as a great starting point in getting you on the path to better health. Each class is led by an instructor and our main goal is to make you comfortable.
