The Daily Sweat
The Daily Sweat is our standard class that is tailored to the general public while offering a challenge to even the most elite athletes. This class consists of a warm-up, practice a lift or particular exercise, and a high-intensity workout. This class will challenge athletes and participants to get the most out of their workout. These classes offer a wide range of modalities and have an infinite number of scalable options. Anyone and everyone is capable to partake in this class. In these classes, you will have the opportunity to lift heavy weights to build your strength as much as you would like and to push yourself during the conditioning part of the class. Each of these classes is an hour long, and we offer them at a variety of times throughout the week.
